The Website introduces the vision for The New Creation Ranch and may share plans, updates, information about the project, and ways to contact us or subscribe to updates. It is intended for general informational purposes.

The physical Ranch is a proposed project, not an established or operating destination. Illustrations, 3D models, renderings, maps, facilities, dimensions, programmes, project phases, estimated costs and timelines are conceptual or preliminary unless expressly identified otherwise. They may change or never be implemented. Their inclusion does not mean that land has been acquired, permissions have been obtained, a facility has been constructed, or an activity is available.

We do not promise that the Ranch will be completed, open at a particular time, contain any specific feature, or provide a particular result or experience.

You may access the Website for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You must not:

• Use it in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting, accounts or connected services.
• Introduce malware, overload the Website, interfere with its operation, or bypass security controls.
• Use forms to submit spam, fraudulent, threatening, abusive or misleading content, or impersonate someone else.
• Systematically extract Website content in a way that unreasonably burdens our services or infringes applicable rights.
• Reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission unless permitted by law.

We may restrict access or decline to process abusive or suspicious submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the Website or others.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website's original text, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, renderings and other material belong to the Ranch or are used with permission from their owners. Applicable copyright, trademark and other laws may protect this content.

You may view the content and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use of it. No intellectual property licence is granted beyond what is necessary to use the Website or is otherwise permitted by law.

The name The New Creation Ranch and associated marks may be protected by trademark or other applicable rights. Nothing in these Terms represents that a particular mark is federally registered or grants permission to use it. Third-party material remains subject to its owners' rights.

If you contact us or subscribe, please provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Submitting a form does not establish a membership, appointment, reservation, partnership, right to visit a future Ranch, or agreement to provide any particular service. We cannot promise to reply to every enquiry.

When you specifically subscribe to email updates, we may send you news about the Ranch and its development. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an update email. We may still respond to a separate enquiry you have made or send communications required by law.

Our collection and handling of information are described in our Privacy Policy. Accepting these Terms is not, by itself, permission to add you to a mailing list or activate optional tracking where separate permission is required.

Content about faith, prayer, worship, community, stewardship and the proposed Ranch reflects the project's beliefs and aspirations. It does not guarantee a spiritual, emotional, physical, financial or other outcome.

The Website does not provide legal, tax, medical, mental-health, financial, investment, agricultural, construction or other professional advice. Seek suitably qualified assistance for decisions requiring it. The Website is not an emergency or crisis service.

We aim to communicate the vision accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current or free from error. We may correct or change descriptions, plans, features and Website functions at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Website or parts of it.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that the Website will be entirely free of errors or security vulnerabilities. You should use appropriate safeguards when browsing and sharing information online.

The Website may use or link to third-party services, including analytics, email subscription and email delivery providers. Other websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Where an aggregate monetary limitation is enforceable, the Ranch's total liability for claims arising solely from access to or use of the informational Website will not exceed US$100.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, or rights and remedies arising under a separate express agreement that cannot lawfully be restricted. These Terms do not independently release any individual from personal liability that applicable law imposes on them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse the Ranch for reasonable losses and costs directly caused by your deliberate unlawful use of the Website or material breach of these Terms. This does not shift responsibility to you for our own unlawful conduct or for anything the law does not allow us to transfer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without applying its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law applies mandatorily.

Subject to any non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere, disputes relating to these Terms or the Website may be brought before courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Manatee County, Florida. You may contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Nothing in this section restricts a right to contact a regulator or pursue a statutory remedy.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, the project or applicable requirements. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Where law requires further notice or agreement, we will provide it. Updates do not retroactively remove accrued rights or amend a separate written contract without a lawful basis.
