You may write to this address with privacy questions or requests. If the Website later displays a dedicated contact email, you may use that address as well.

Depending on how you use the Website, we may collect:

• **Information you give us:** your name, email address, any other contact details or preferences you choose to provide, and the contents of enquiries or other messages.
• **Mailing-list information:** your email address, sign-up source and date where recorded, subscription preferences, confirmation status, unsubscribe requests and email delivery information. Kit may record opens and link clicks if those functions are enabled.
• **Technical and security information:** IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, form-related diagnostic information and logs needed to operate, troubleshoot or protect the Website.
• **Website analytics information, if enabled:** pages viewed, approximate location, referring pages, device/browser details, interactions and cookies or similar identifiers associated with Google Analytics.

Please do not send payment-card details, account passwords, detailed medical information or other highly sensitive information through general Website forms. Because this is a faith-based project, something you voluntarily write may reveal religious beliefs; we do not ask visitors to declare their beliefs to browse or receive general updates.

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

• Receive and respond to questions, messages and requests.
• Send Ranch news and project updates to people who have signed up for them, and manage subscriptions and unsubscribes.
• Deliver email, investigate failed deliveries and maintain appropriate communication records.
• Operate, maintain, secure and troubleshoot the Website, including protecting forms against misuse.
• Understand how people use the Website through Google Analytics, if and when it is enabled.
• Comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or protect legal rights.

We do not automatically subscribe people to the Ranch mailing list merely because they submit a general enquiry. A mailing-list sign-up should be identified clearly at the point of collection, and any optional choice to receive updates should be separate from sending an ordinary enquiry.

We plan to use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the Website. If enabled, it may collect page views, interactions, approximate geographic information, device and browser data, and online identifiers using cookies or similar technologies. Google may process this information under its applicable service terms and privacy practices.

We do not intend to send names, email addresses, phone numbers or the contents of enquiry forms to Google Analytics. We do not describe Google Analytics as anonymous: device or browser identifiers and usage information can still relate to a person.

The Website and its providers may use technologies for these purposes:

We do not currently describe advertising remarketing or Google Analytics advertising features as part of this Website's configuration. If those features or other material tracking tools are introduced, we will review the implementation and update the relevant disclosures and choices before use.

We use the following external services to help us communicate:

• **Resend** ([resend.com](https://resend.com/)) delivers Website-related emails, such as contact-form notifications, acknowledgements or replies. • **Kit** ([kit.com](https://kit.com/)) manages mailing-list registration, subscriber records, preferences and Ranch update emails. If you sign up for Ranch updates, your information may be added to Kit. If you send only an enquiry, Resend may be used to deliver that enquiry or our reply; an enquiry alone does not enrol you in the update list.

You can unsubscribe from Ranch update emails using the unsubscribe link included in them. We will honour applicable opt-out requirements and may retain a limited record of your opt-out so that we do not add you back inadvertently. An unsubscribe will not prevent a direct reply to an unrelated enquiry you initiate.

We may share information with:

• Providers that host, maintain or secure the Website or process its forms and technical records.
• Google, Resend and Kit for the functions described above, where those functions are enabled or used.
• Edgar and people authorised to assist the Ranch, only as reasonably needed to handle enquiries, communications or Website operations.
• Authorities, courts, professional advisers or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, address disputes or protect rights and safety.
• A successor organisation if the Ranch is legitimately reorganised or its Website operations are transferred, subject to applicable law and any notice required.

We do not sell our email subscriber list or give it to unrelated organisations for their own direct marketing. We do not use Website form submissions to send people unrelated third-party promotions. Third-party websites reached through links have their own privacy practices.

Information may be stored or processed in the United States or other places where our providers and their approved service providers operate. Applicable legal requirements continue to apply to our handling of the information.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and any applicable legal, security or recordkeeping requirement. In general:

• Enquiry messages are kept while needed to respond and for a reasonable period for follow-up or related records.
• Mailing-list records are maintained while you are subscribed; limited unsubscribe and suppression records may remain afterwards.
• Analytics information is kept according to the configuration and retention settings of our Google Analytics property, if enabled.
• Technical and security logs are kept for periods reasonably needed to operate and protect the Website.

We may delete or de-identify records when they are no longer needed. Backup and provider records may take additional time to expire under ordinary retention processes. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that our actual systems have not been configured to meet.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the information involved to protect it against unauthorised access, loss and misuse, including limiting access to people who need it. No website, email service or internet transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If a security incident occurs, we will assess and address any applicable notification obligations.

You can unsubscribe from update emails using the link provided in each email, adjust cookie settings in your browser, and use the Google Analytics opt-out tool linked above.

You may write to us at the postal address in Section 1 to ask about information we hold concerning you or to request a correction or deletion. We will consider requests and respond in accordance with applicable law, subject to any permitted identity checks or legal exceptions. Privacy rights vary depending on where you live and which laws apply; this policy does not claim that every statutory right exists for every visitor.

The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through Website forms or mailing-list signups. If we learn that such information has been collected in circumstances requiring parental permission that was not obtained, we will take appropriate action, including deletion where required. A parent or guardian may contact us at the address above.

If we later introduce services or forms directed to children, we will review their privacy requirements before launch.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Website, its services or our information practices change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and give any additional notice or obtain any permission required by applicable law. We will not treat a silent policy change as authorisation for a materially different use of information where further notice or permission is required.
